While pursuing a PhD after a master's degree in computer science, I had the opportunity to teach and supervise student projects around computer security, computer networks and Blockchain with among others an access control system project based on Blockchain. Passionate about distributed computing and Blockchain technologies, I am the technical referent of Be Blockchain's team of fullstack & Blockchain engineers and provide clients with end-to-end expertise around this cutting-edge technological domain.
With more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation consulting and architecture, Tarek has always been at the heart of IT innovation. He supported several companies and startups to understand new technologies and adopt them either to improve their efficiency or to develop new usages, or both. Passionate by Blockchain technologies, he specialises in the sector and aim to provide an end-to-end support to the Blockchain and Token economy challenges.
Serial-entrepreneur, I have accompanied a dozen Blockchain and Web3 projects and participated in several fundraisings including during the wave of ICOs in 2017-2018. Trained on the field and during many gas pedals and incubators (Chain Accelerator, Reaktor by Engine, WSL, Sport Tech Belgium, BlockStart, Celo Camp...), I share my passion and knowledge of Web3 as a columnist on LN24 and speaker at many events.
